Civil Engineering Journal is an "Open Access" journal, which is freely available to the reader. There are still costs associated with the publication and production of such journals; thus, authors have to pay Article Processing Charge (APC).

If this manuscript is accepted for publication, you will be asked to pay an Article Processing Charge to cover publication costs.

Article Submission Charges for the Civil Engineering Journal is free.

Note 1: Please note that APCs will not be refunded due to the retraction of an article.

Note 2: In rare cases where articles are removed completely after acceptance for publication, we will not refund or credit an APC. This is because Civil Engineering Journal has provided publishing services and is only able to recoup this investment through the APC.
